Went out with john at 430pm to find job in simei though i know that the chances are slim..hahahs, just wanna try and see if i could find one. Well, i was late again this time, hahahs..i reached at 443pm...
Went up to popular bookstore first, well we came rather a bit too late, because we already saw a few part-timers in the store itself...but we, or rather me, still went to the cashier counter and asked if they were recruiting...
Next, we went to sakae sushi, didn't really fill in an application form, they only told us to write down our name and phone number...
After that, went to challenger, i guess challenger got more chances bah, since they gave us a form to fill in.
We then walked to those restaurants, like eatzi etc...just realised that the sakura had moved...i am like out-dated...sorry, because i have not go into eastpoint for like quite sometime....as in exploring etc. There was this restaurant that was like very cheapo lor, the pay was $3/hour +CPF, which we both feel was like kind of a bit too little...there was another restaurant, but they already have part-time waiters le, so we were "forget it"...
Went on to Watson's, waited and waited after enquiries to the cashier...and finally they told us to go this place, i think somewhere in city hall...john and i were like "...." ya so we threw away that piece of paper and forget about it....
Went into sportslink, but saw that there were like a few teenagers - which are workers - in the shop itself...so we decided not to ask and leave quietly....
next, going on to ntuc, they wanted us to work until like next year, so john and i decided not to accept since we are only willing to work for this december...
then we decided to pass by those apparel shops, forgetting about fastfood because we didn't want to work in a fastfood restaurant. Those apparel shops like already have enough part-timers...so we decided to "forget it"...
yes, after reading all these...you would have come to a conclusion..we found 0 jobs, managed to apply for about 2 jobs....but we will be still waiting for calls....hahahs
